• Any products to be exchanged must be unused and in unopened packaging.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Postage costs are the responsibilty of the purchaser.
• Items / packaging will be inspected before exchanges are processed.
• Swan Lane branded clothing is made to order and therefore no exchanges are possible.
